BIB enlisted Chase's help for an update on their social media branding and styling. Since January 2022, we have been taking the TikTok, Instagram and Facebook completely overhauled BAVET and come up with challenging, relaxing and informative content for each platform. We plan and produce all of this in collaboration with the Bavet team and their advertising and PR partners.

Challenge
- Find ways to bring out the Bavet brand in an authentic and inclusive way and to address a large target group, including families with children, busy employees and young people.
- Developing new styling, on-point content formats and a customized tone of voice that makes BAVET unique.
- Successfully launching a BAVET TikTok channel.
- Developing a social strategy tailored to the Bavet story, creating content formats, content creation and social media management on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Developing campaign ideas to help launch new BAVET projects and events.
- Engagement: developing an online community for spaghetti lovers across the various social media channels and for both parts of Belgium.

Outcome
BAVET is hot spaghetti and more. It's an experience and a lifestyle that goes beyond the restaurant and offers much more than just a place to grab a quick bite. It's a Bavet community of spaghetti lovers who can be proud of their refined taste and want to further enjoy their social media experiences.
On TikTok, we got more than 2.5M organic views in one year. That tastes like more. Another thing to celebrate is the opening of the Bavet branch in Ostend. After a successful launch based on the campaign concept we developed, the restaurant remained the most popular location for 6 months. Sun, sea, beach and spaghetti? Definitely possible.
We are also fully committed to Instagram and Facebook. Thanks to the Bavet team (aka “The Baveteers”), we let ourselves go wild and film regularly in and out of the restaurant to put the Bavet team in the spotlight. For example, we also focus on employer branding in the social funnel. Make sure that the food is often in the spotlight and that the Bavet team is certainly not to be ignored.
